We love to color eggs,
I wouldn't recommend tasting the dye, something about the taste of vinegar...
we keep it pretty simple
We enjoyed lovely, warm weather this Easter(I suppose it could have something to do with the fact that Easter was halfway through April...)
Gracie's other sandal got broken just as the hunt began, and for some reason I couldn't convince her to just do it barefoot.
It's so fun to watch the little kids find the eggs.

It looks like you had tons of fun. It rained here on Saturday right when we were about to hunt at my grandparents house and then Sunday with your Mom home it was kind of crazy and I guess we just didn't plan well. So right now I am a little sad about it cuz your guys look so cute out hunting.
Hey at least in the last shot you got them all together, even Colby. And no!!! He could not be any cuter! It looks like that weather was beautiful. Glad to see some traditions going on. We didn't even hunt for eggs, hopefully next year. I do remember loving Easter. Matthew is so tall, even though I jsut saw him. I laughed so hard with Gracie and her one sandal on. Well, at least she gets to get a new pair, right? Ha! They are all too cute! Miss you guys, love ya.

I miss having little kids and doing all the fun kid stuff. Time flies too fast. Enjoy them while they're young. Thanks for letting Logan, Rachelle, and kids stay with you this week. I'm sure it's a madhouse.

I was really glad you called me, of course I would want to see the kiddies go hunting! The kids were hilarious tracking down all the eggs. Colby really is the cutest little thing ever! I miss coloring eggs, I remember being there last year and getting to color one or two. I think all in all it was a pretty great Easter, especially with that amazing meal! Dan was in heaven.
